Shipping & returns
We ship every portrait from the UAE, framed and packed by hand. Below is what to expect — and what we'll do if something goes wrong.
Where we ship
All seven Emirates. We do not currently ship outside the UAE; international shipping is on our roadmap.
When it arrives
Standard delivery is 3–5 business days from the day you approve the preview. You'll receive a tracking email when the courier picks up your order.
Shipping cost
Shipping inside the UAE is included in the price. There are no surprise fees at checkout.
If it arrives damaged
Reply to your order email within 7 days with a photo and we will reprint and reship at no cost. Please keep the original packaging until we confirm the resolution.
Refunds
Because every portrait is made to your order, we do not offer cash refunds on change-of-mind. We do offer a free reprint or a redesign if the printed result does not match the proof you approved. If we cannot make it right, we will refund the order in full.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel any time before we send the print to the framer. Reply to your confirmation email — if framing has not started, we'll cancel and refund in full.
